Kari Willingham is a second
generation Realtor with Duke City Realty. She holds a Bachelor's
of Science in Environmental Sciences from the Evergreen State College
in Olympia, WA. Shortly after relocating to Albuquerque from Seattle,
WA in 2000, Kari obtained her Real Estate Broker's License and
immediately hung her license with Duke City Realty. Since then, she has
been a million dollar producer each year since 2003 and specializes in
Residential Resale. In addition to her impressive record and experience
in residential,
recreational and new home sales, she has completed all her core credit
coursework for the highly regarded GRI designation and is working on
the last few remaining electives in order to obtain this prestigious
